CANCELLATION POLICY

At SHISHU, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Consumer Orders:

  • • Consumers can cancel their orders within [number] hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • • To cancel an order, consumers can log into their account, go to the Order History page, and click on the Cancel Order button next to the respective order.

2. Business Orders (B2B):

  • • Businesses can cancel their orders within [number] hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • • To cancel a B2B order, businesses can contact our customer support team with their order details.
  • • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, businesses may refer to our Returns Policy for further assistance.

3. Refunds

  • • If an order is cancelled within the specified time frame and meets the cancellation criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within [number] business days.
  • • For consumer orders, the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges if the order has already been shipped.

4. Exceptions

  • • If a cancelled order includes free products or promotional items, these items may also be cancelled if they have not been dispatched or are in transit for delivery.
